Last night, I made Tonjiru for dinner. Tonjiru is the miso soup with pork and vegetables. I like this soup because it includes a lot of ingredients and it is so delicious!
Tonjiru can make easily and it can put ingredients as you like if it contains pork. So, I put various vegetables! I put radishes, carrots, onions, potatoes, shimeji mushrooms and pork. I like these vegetables. But it was so hard to cut all vegetables… It takes a lot of time. But I done!
I cut a lot of vegetables. They can use next time cooking miso soup! I packed them into Ziplock, which can keep them fresh. After that, I put them in the freezer. I plan to use them with Tofu or Wakame for miso soup. They saves you the hassle of cutting vegetablesIt help to make miso soup. So, it helps to make miso soup more easily! Please try it if you like!!
